You are going to find out that you are not alone. You are going to find out the WHY behind the behaviour. When to seek outside help, what to do to help your child in the moment AND feel more confident in yourself as a parent as having what your child needs in these moments.

This online workshop happens LIVE Tuesday the 4th of April and in addition to covering so much content on why little humans struggle with emotions, Gen will be answering your questions on the night. You can email questions in advance or talk to Gen live on the night.

Calm Confident Boundaries (without stuffing your kids up) Workshop

We all know the parent we WANT to be and yet in the moment when faced with whinging, nagging, meltdowns or sibling squabbles we can almost feel like someone else takes over our brain. We yell, we lose it, or we collapse and let our child have what they want.

Coming Soon

︎Does it feel like no matter what you do, the same thing keeps happening?

︎Does it feel like you are "walking on eggshells", avoiding setting a boundary for fear of upsetting your child?

︎If when you do set a boundary, the emotions are so intense it's
just not worth it?

︎Do you worry about what the 'right' way to teach kids boundaries is?

Or whether they need consequences? Or do you just want to get on the same page with your partner and find out how to be the cool, calm, confident parents you
hope to be?

Then this webinar is for you.

Gen will be answering your questions on the night as well as helping you to understand why boundary setting is so challenging. It will cover how to set a boundary or a limit in four steps and how to navigate the fall out when you do. You'll also receive a recording of the workshop if you can't make it live.

"Hi Gen my husband and I absolutely loved your workshop last night. We both have been struggling so much with our 3 year old son. We basically tick all the boxes for him adjusting to new challenges in his life; baby sister, transition from cot to bed, huge emotions and outbursts. We both got so much out of your presentation and feel like we've got this, even if it's only the 30%. I'm so grateful to have the recording too so I can watch it again. It also made us feel seen and normal going through all this. Hearing other parents struggle and knowing this is a normal development for toddlers. It's hard not to compare your child to others when things get so tough, but last night we felt normal. We are definitely going to do your boundaries workshop and so excited for it. Thankyou for all the work you do, everything you share on social media and just your beautiful personality and raw-ness makes us feel like this is achievable."

"Thank you so much. I absolutely loved this workshop. I have read many parenting books, followed many Instagram pages and listened to many podcasts. I recently went through my Instagram and unfollowed a heap of pages as I was feeling so disheartened and second guessing myself. A lot of the pages out there just made me feel so heavy after viewing the content.  You have such a gift in your ability to be so clear yet compassionate in how you deliver your information and advice. I kept taking big sighs of relief and feel a lot lighter after watching this. I’ve purchased a ticket for the upcoming workshop. Thanks again!"

What They've Told Us

Meet Rebbeca

Thank you for all your kindness during my time at the mater. I remember crying after listening to you talk, because your words really were so touching and empathetic. Going through the hash lockdown of COVID and returning home to a toddler with a newborn, your really helped guide me at a time that I was feeling lost and weak. Thank you for all that you did and continue to do for all the mothers during such a difficult year. I remember staying back on the day of my discharge just to hear your class and I’m so glad I did. I use your techniques with my toddler when she’s having a bad day and she really does respond better. I’m happy for you to share this because it really is the truth :) Thank you again for helping me see the positives during such a negative time of lockdown x

Hi Gen, Just wanted to say how great your help with independent play was yesterday. Even with just one night of confidently setting boundaries we had this in the morning!”

Emmy played blocks while I breastfed the baby. Which is a huge breakthrough. I’ve been relying on tv quite a bit during feeding which has been leading to other issues so this is a great step!
